i hate it when people in shops with no commission don't try to make you save money. first time I order there they don't tell me it's a 2-1 their special offer! cost me 30$ for one large pizza and two cokes... this is serious! cost way less in my old town!

Honestly I went there often before but EVERY TIME I have to cook my pizza at home because yes it looks cooked but no. Lift the condiments and you will see! Never satisfied, I talked about it 2 times it hasn't changed.

Frankly, I am very satisfied with my experience at med pizza. I had a chicken pizza that tended to perfection. The service was impeccable and the restaurant is nice.What a pleasure.

Terrible! We order, after 1:15 of waiting we see the delivery man passing in front of the house. My husband goes outside and gives him signs when he comes back but nothing. We call they tell us that he has no cell phone and that he cannot be reached after two hours we call back they tell us that the delivery man returned to the restaurant he did not take the right address or the right number phone and the only thing the manager can do is five dollars off then half price for a cold meal ... in the end we canceled and they surely throw the food bravo to the delivery man and the manager!

For the meal quality price 10/10. Ambience location 6/10. In winter it is cold and in summer it is hot. Go there in fall lol

I waited over 1:30 for my pizza and she has not even arrived yet !!! I call my offer $ 5 off my next order and very seriously I do not think I wait too long when the restaurant is 1.6 km from home on a Tuesday evening 7h pm coter service a big zero for my case

We are really enjoying it !!! I want to note that their strong point is high fries !!! Miaaaaam what better than good soft and pasty fries😍😍😍 especially after having asked to put the sauce aside to be sure it is so in their best condition !!! Thanks again Med Pizza. We order from here every once in a while when we're craving some pizza. I've never been disappointed with the pizzas or the delivery times.

I used to go there before ... until I called because I missed my fries and the waitress insisted that there is no fries in the plate that I order regularly (funny there is french fries usually), I asked him to pass me the manager / manager, it does not even put me on hold I hear it sacred and call me name pending what will get the manager! Can not have an order as I requested. Yet these simple enough orders ... The Quebec pizza seems to be impossible to obtain with all its ingredients (3 times out of 4)Can not have pizza cut when asked (3 times out of 4)The food is good at least ... and the customer service is ok.Really disappointed. I go to the next pizzeria.

Delicious pizza! Fantastic sauces for poutines. Love the home made style of fries. I can't wait to get the grand tour of the menu 😋 Seating is comfortable and the washroom was clean too!

Today February 10th I order a 2 for 1, the order is quickly arrived, about 25-30min. I took the trouble to mention during my call that I wanted to have a lot of ketchup, because yes, I put ketchup with my pizza! I have not received my ketchup and not only I call to have it and I am told that the driver will be back in 45 minutes and he will come after me! ........... this is unacceptable!!I ask the girl what we do and she answers me ... good question! I ask to talk to the manager to finally talk to the supervisor who gives me no clear answer to finally tell me that he will send someone and hang up the line in my face! What lack of respect and knowing how to live! Even at the level of customer service ... wow ...I will never order from Med Pizza Beloiel again.

Unable to make orders as requested. Pizza delivered with condiments and cheese except pizza in the box. Errors with each delivery: Bad order delivered and frequent omissions of items on the invoice, that you pay but do not return. Try your luck and good luck to them!

Customer service is poor. Courteous and polite telephonist, but does not advise consumers in their best interests and does not offer the best value for money solutions. When the consumer realizes it, reminder and ask that the order be adjusted accordingly, the management team of the restaurant accomodates the client only half. Based on the experience I had with this establishment, I do not recommend this restaurant.

Already at the time of the order, the person seems to have difficulty doing their work, in order to receive the order in the end and part of the order was missing ... due to the manager who would not have put everything in my order at the start. And mediocre quality of meals as well as a lasagna spilled in its case.

Despite the fact that everywhere in the news they say not to eat romaine lettuce because of E.Coli, they still use it and in addition they say that it is Iceberg lettuce. I called and the lady told me that she apologized and that it was 3 times that she told the cook to stop sending romaine lettuce. In addition the chicken skewers come without green pepper and onion (yet this is what we see in the photo) and there is almost no fries. KRG.
